Meet Clay Hepler

In 2022, the day before Thanksgiving, my wife lost her job, and overnight, everything we had planned was at risk.

On paper, I looked successful. I owned multifamily properties. In reality, the cash flow wasn’t there. Maintenance, vacancies, constant stress. I wasn’t building freedom—I was running in place.
